 Shamrock Construction Corp. has been in business since 1977 under the same name and has built more than 700 homes and condominiums in Lake, Geauga, and Cuyahoga Counties. Shamrock Construction Corp. Is owned by Dennis Foley and Kevin Foley. We offer a full time office staff as well as a full time sales staff. We are always available to assist our customers with any questions or selections. This includes finding the perfect lot, and finding the perfect plan for your dream home. We are always available to meet with you throughout the construction process. Our affiliated Real Estate Company, Foley & Associates Inc. will assist in selling your current home at a greatly reduced cost to you.

Mike has over 20 years of Real Estate experience and over 17 years with Shamrock Construction. Growing up in Lake County and knowing all areas enables him to help find the ideal location for building your new home and helping in marketing your existing home. He is familiar with all aspects of construction, product selection and development and offers a personal touch to building your dream home and making this a rewarding experience. Building the most energy efficient and comfortable home has been his highest reward.
Dennis Harvey
Dennis comes with several years of experience in the new construction field and real estate. Helping clients build their dream home and sell their existing home is the full service he offers. He is also very knowledgeable in understanding vacant land and the existing housing market at all levels. Dennis Harvey has been living in the Lake/Geauga area for ten years and is ready to be of service in meeting all your construction and resale needs.
